As part of our Year 11 3D Design coursework, students are currently working on a specialist glassblowing project, where they will be designing and creating their own glass ornaments inspired by the work of contemporary and historical artists.

On Monday 6th October, everyone was very excited to welcome Jon Lewis, a professional glass artist with work exhibited at the V&A and Somerset House, who delivered a workshop and Q&A session for our Year 11 students from 3:45pm to 5:30pm. Jon spoke about his creative process, answered student questions, and showcased some of his stunning glassblowing pieces.
