On Thursday evening, we hosted a joint careers fair with Stewards Academy for students in years 10 and 11 to showcase local further education, higher education, employment and training opportunities. The event was well attended and there was a definite buzz around the building with lots of conversations and information gathering.
Our providers were from a broad range of sectors including Stansted Airport, motor industry, hairdressing, NHS careers, media, sport, armed forces, engineering, hospitality and more. Feedback was overwhelmingly positive from the providers and students. Here are some of the comments from students:
