Parents/Carers Evening

Some of our Parents/Carers’ Evenings are managed and administered via an online system  https://passmores.schoolcloud.co.uk. This system allows parents/carers to choose and book their own appointments, subject to availability, at times which are convenient to them via a video conference link. 

Following consultation with all stakeholders in 2023, Passmores Academy Parents/Carers’ Evenings will continue to be held online, with staff, parents/carers and students meeting via remote video appointment. 

Prior to each evening, the online system will be opened to parents/carers for booking of appointments for a time window of one week. This time window will be specified on the invitation letter that will be sent to the parents/carers of all students of the relevant year group, in advance of the evening. Invitation letters will also be made available.

For the Parents/Carers’ Evening process to function smoothly, it is imperative that the school has been provided with an accurate, current email address for the parents/carers of each student. If you need to update us with an email address, please email datateam@passmoresacademy.com

Academic Tutorial Meeting

The Passmores Academy Year 7 and 8 Parents/Carers’ Tutor Meeting will take place on Thursday 14th May 2026.

The role of the tutor is central to both supporting students pastorally and monitoring their academic and social progress. Tutors encourage involvement, commitment, and high standards of work and behaviour, and we know they are often the first point of contact for parents and carers. This meeting will provide an opportunity for you to discuss your young person’s progress this year.

Following parent/carer feedback throughout the year, we have decided that these tutorial meetings will take place face to face in school. In addition to tutors being available, members of the Senior Leadership Team, Heads of House, and Deputy Heads of House will also be present.

Appointments should be booked via our online system: http://passmores.schoolcloud.co.uk

Although appointments are booked through SchoolCloud, the meetings themselves will take place in person at Passmores Academy.

Please note the following important information:

• Appointments will be available between 4:00pm and 6:30pm on Thursday 14th May 2026.
• The booking system is now open for parents/carers to book and view appointments.
• The booking system will close at midnight on Wednesday 13th May 2026 and no further bookings can be made after this time.
• You only need to book one 10-minute appointment.

When logging in, please use the following information:

• The system uses the names of Priority 1 and Priority 2 parents/carers stored on our school system. You may therefore need to try either your name or your partner’s name when logging in.
• You will need to enter your forename, surname, and email address.
• You will also need to enter your young person’s forename, surname, and date of birth.
• If you have more than one child in Year 7 or Year 8, appointments must be booked separately for each child.
• If appointment slots become full, you can add yourself to a waiting list for that tutor via the booking page.

Please note that, in exceptional circumstances, some appointments may need to be adjusted by the school after the booking window closes. If this happens, an automatic email notification will be sent to the email address you have provided.
