Natalie has worked at Passmores since January 2000.  Originally joining as Head of the PE Department, she has embraced the many leadership opportunities as they arose and is now proud to be the Principal.

Natalie has only ever worked in education, going straight to university from school and completing her Bachelor of  Education degree in Movement Studies and Science; she has never looked back.  Since joining the profession, there hasn't been a day when she has thought about doing anything different; it really is a job that is worth getting up for everyday. Although no longer teaching PE, her passion for sport remains, both watching and playing. She is an advocate for young people having healthy active lives and tries to lead by example.

Natalie is passionate about the young people, their families and the Harlow community and strives to make Passmores a better place today than it was yesterday.
