CO-EDUCATOR REQUIRED JANUARY 2020 - PASSMORES ACADEMY

We are seeking to appoint a full time Co-educator within the Inclusion department at Passmores Academy.

If you want to join our family-friendly, vibrant school with exciting challenges, we want to hear from you.  We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate people to work with our young people with Special Educational Needs. Maths and English GCSEs (C grade or above) are preferred with a general knowledge of ICT.

26 hours per week

39 weeks per year (44.3 weeks per year)

1 Year Fixed Term Contract - subject to funding

Salary: Band 2 point 3 £11,149.15 pro rata per annum (including fringe allowance)

SITE MANAGER REQUIRED FOR AN INITIAL SIX - MONTH CONTRACT - THE DOWNS PRIMARY SCHOOL AND NURSERY

We are seeking to appoint a skilled, enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Site Manager to lead our cleaning team and manage the day-to-day maintenance of the premises providing a safe and clean environment for students, staff and all users.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and will have a flexible approach to the tasks undertaken and the hours worked. Duties will include the line management of the cleaning staff, undertaking all health and safety checks and working in partnership with other PCLC staff. The ability to lead a team and use one's own initiative to work independently are required.

37.5 hours per week

52.14 weeks per year

Salary: Band 3 (point 11 – 17) £21,775 - £24,445 including fringe allowance

ASSISTANT INCLUSION LEADER REQUIRED - PURFORD GREEN PRIMARY SCHOOL

Purford Green Primary School is looking to appoint an Assistant Inclusion Leader to support the work of the Primary Inclusion Leader. 

In this role you will be assisting the Primary Inclusion Leader in the day-to-day operation of Purford Green's Inclusion, ensuring it provision supports the achievement of all SEN(D)/Additional Needs (including English as an Additional Language(EAL)) students.

We're looking for you if you have:

  • Successful experience working with pupils with SEND and/or Student with English as an Additional Language 
  • Successful experience of working with outside agencies (desirable but not essential)
  • A secure understanding of effective support for pupils with additional needs
  • A good level of English and Maths
  • Excellent communication skills 

Within the role the successful candidate will:    

  • Work alongside the Primary Inclusion Leader
  • Carry out Interventions
  • Complete relevant paper work 
  • Attend meetings with other professionals 
  • Carry out assessments 
  • Arrange internal and external support for pupils 
  • Be part of a school that has a range of Well Being Initiatives to support staff and their work life balance

Hours: 32 hours per week

Weeks: 39 weeks per year (44.3 paid weeks)

Salary: Band 3 according to experience
